Processing Time: Orders are processed during business days: Monday - Friday, not Saturdays/Sundays or holidays. Shipments will be processed within 48 hours.
We add Delivery Confirmation to most shipments. Express packages and Delivery Confirmation can be tracked online.
Note: If you require true overnight or next day delivery, please contact customer service and request it. Additional costs may apply.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of shipping problems: Although we are technically not liable for failed deliveries by the carrier, or when tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered (i.e., via Delivery Confirmation or other tracking number), or lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we'll always work with you for a mutually fair and agreeable solution so you can order with peace of mind. An error or mistake on our part will be immediately corrected at no cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF CANADA)
You are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees that your country may charge. We cannot know ahead of time what these fees will be. We fill out Canada Post or Courier of choice customs forms according to requirements but it is your responsibility to understand your mail and import system. BODYCure4Life.ca is not liable for replacement or refund of products which are confiscated by customs.
All International Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
Delivery is often dependent on the reliability of your local mail system. If Express Mail International is offered as a choice, it has tracking and certain guarantees from the Canada Post. However, if such a package does not arrive and the Canada Post claims no liability and no reimbursement to us, then we in turn cannot process a refund. Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the Canada Post or other Courier of choice, it is generally non-refundable because it is then up to your local mailing service to deliver it.
